Production and Inspection

Your rug is then handcrafted by skilled artisans using the approved design and materials. If requested, we can also share progress updates or inspection details during production for added confidence and transparency.

Dispatch and Delivery

Once the rug is completed and checked, it is carefully packed and dispatched to your location. We arrange delivery with attention to safe handling so your custom rug reaches you in excellent condition.

How should I measure my room for a custom rug?

Measure the usable floor area where the rug will sit (length and width) and note furniture placement; we’ll advise the ideal rug size to anchor your layout.

Can you make non-rectangular or extra-large shapes?

Absolutely — we produce round, oval, runner, and bespoke shapes, and can manufacture very large custom pieces for commercial or project use.

How long does a custom rug take to produce?

Lead time varies with size, technique and complexity; typical timelines range from 3–8 weeks for hand-tufted pieces and 6–20+ weeks for hand-knotted or highly detailed designs.

What happens after I approve the design?

After design approval and deposit, the rug goes into production; we share progress updates and a final inspection before shipping.

Can you reproduce a photo or pattern I provide?

Yes — we can work from your photo, drawing, or logo; we’ll convert it into a production-ready design and share a mock-up for approval.

Can I see material or colour samples before I order?

Yes — we can send physical yarn or mini-swatch samples (subject to shipping costs) and provide high-resolution mock-ups to help finalise choices.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes — we ship internationally and will provide shipping options, costs, and estimated delivery times during checkout.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Changes are possible before production begins; cancellations after production starts are limited and may incur charges to cover materials and labour.
