We partner with FedEx & DHL to ensure fast and reliable delivery for all our rugs. Once your order is processed, you'll receive a tracking number to follow your shipment. Estimated delivery times may vary based on your location. We take extra care in packaging to ensure your rug arrives in perfect condition.

Duties:
Please be aware that import and customs duties, imposed by local authorities, are beyond our control and are not included in your order total. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and must be paid directly to the shipping company or customs office upon delivery.

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it,  unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 

To start a return, you can contact us at glaringrugs@gmail.com. Please note that returns address will be provide once the return is approved. 

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Customer is liable to pay for return shipping and 20% restocking fee will be charged.
